📦 Shipping Policy for Swag Factory

1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship all across India. International shipping is not available at this time (unless you choose to enable it in settings).

2. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all orders over ₹1,500.
For orders under ₹1,500, standard shipping charges will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, Products will be delivered within 5–7 business days across India.
Delivery times may vary slightly based on your location (metro cities often receive faster delivery).

5. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We use reputed courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, Ecom Express, etc.) to ensure safe delivery.
You’ll see the applicable shipping options and rates at checkout.

6. Tracking Your Order

After your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel’s journey until delivery.

7. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery window, please contact us with your order number, and we’ll assist you.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing an order.
We can’t be responsible for delayed or lost orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
